The Implant Method was created by two of the most respected voices in implant dentistry—Dr. Natalie Wong and Dr. Adam Foleck. As practicing clinicians and passionate educators, they designed this program to fill the gap between continuing education and true clinical mastery.

    Dr. Natalie Wong is a globally respected educator and the only dentist to hold U.S. and Canadian board certifications in both implant dentistry and prosthodontics. With decades of experience in both private practice and academia, she brings unmatched depth to The Implant Method’s prosthetic and surgical curriculum.

    As the Founder of the Toronto Implant Institute and a Past President of the AAID and ABOI, Dr. Wong is deeply committed to raising the standard of care. Her teaching empowers participants to not only place implants confidently, but to deliver full-spectrum, aesthetic outcomes that change lives.

    Dr. Adam Foleck brings over 20 years of advanced clinical and business experience to The Implant Method. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and Honored Fellow of the AAID, he has trained hundreds of dentists across North America to build profitable, implant-driven practices.

    As a hands-on mentor and former AAID Board Member, Dr. Foleck equips participants with practical surgical training and the real-world strategies to integrate implants seamlessly into daily practice—from case acceptance to chairside efficiency. He is a guiding force behind the course’s unique blend of clinical excellence and business success.

    Dr. Karateew leads the graduate periodontology program at UIC and brings 20+ years of experience in periodontal, prosthetic, and implant dentistry. Having placed and restored over 8,000 implants, he offers a surgical perspective grounded in precision and predictability.

    At The Implant Method, Dr. Karateew helps participants strengthen their understanding of tissue health, bone architecture, and long-term case success—critical for advanced case planning and durable results.

    Dr. Lozada is one of North America’s foremost voices in academic implant dentistry. As Director of the Implant Residency at Loma Linda University and Diplomate of the ABOI, he brings a rigorous, evidence-based lens to implant training.

    Dr. Garbacea is a dual-boarded prosthodontist and implantologist who teaches in the Advanced Prosthodontics program at Loma Linda University. Her private practice is dedicated to complex restorations and aesthetic implant cases.

    She brings to the program a sharp eye for functional and aesthetic excellence—helping participants elevate their restorative planning and deliver results that restore both health and confidence.

    Dr. Silverman is a dual-boarded oral surgeon with a 25-year career in complex surgical cases, full-arch reconstruction, and teaching at institutions like NYU and New York Medical College.

    In this program, he helps participants refine their surgical skillset through exposure to advanced techniques and live mentorship—especially in full-arch protocols and grafting.
